Marketing Manager
TTAC Publishing is seeking a superstar Marketing Manager with extensive experience in the natural health community. The ideal candidate will be conscious of TTAC and TTAV’s missions to provide information to the world regarding cancer treatments and vaccines and possess the proven expertise necessary to help successfully grow this company.
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing campaigns that support company goals, excite followers, and encourage affiliates to promote company launches, products, and promotions. These campaigns will be presented to the CEO and, once approved, facilitate the successful execution of each campaign throughout the company.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee implementation and ongoing improvement of upsells, cross-sells and down-sells.
- Oversee implementation and ongoing improvement of pop-ups.
- Oversee implementation and ongoing improvement of abandon cart emails.
- Oversee implementation and ongoing improvement of cart, index and short sales page copy.
- Schedule, track, and report on the performance of website banner ads.
- Conducted test and market analysis and assisted with testing.
- Create documentation of departmental processes and procedures.
- Research and conduct marketing program, business, and trend analysis through the use of predictive statistics, customer profiling, and data analysis.
- Participate in Team meetings and contribute to achieving company and departmental goals.
- Curating original content for social media under the direction and for approval by the CEO
- Using only approved content for posting, monitoring, and overseeing all Social Media platforms
- Performing content moderation on social media platforms as requested by the CEO
- Building alternative social media platforms for TTAC, TTAV, and CHARLIS
- Managing video channels
- Assist with creating video clips with titles and descriptions for use on social media
- SEO management and reporting
- Creating timely and relevant Marketing and Social Media reports regarding statistics as needed for the CEO
- Assists the CEO with special projects and other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or combination of equivalent education and experience
- 5-7 Years of marketing experience with progressive duties and responsibilities.
- Strong communication skills
- Extremely creative and inventive, able to find new and effective marketing campaigns to increase the organization’s digital footprint.
- Meticulous organizational skills
- Direct marketing, market segmentation, research, coordination, reporting results, customer understanding, and process improvement
- Past experience with email marketing and/or copywriting, lead nurturing, marketing automation, and web analytics.
- Proficiency in email marketing and marketing automation technology.
- Highly analytical and able to derive meaning from data through A/B testing and email optimization.
- Ability to follow direction
Preferred qualifications
- Master’s degree preferred
- 3-5 years in a supervisory role

Job Location: This role is a fully remote position.
Compensation: Based on experience and performance.
