Eating organic foods could possibly make a huge difference in reducing the amount of carcinogens passing through the GI tract harming the lining of the gut & killing the good bacteria there. It certainly is not going to hurt if you stop eating foods sprayed with chemicals. Even packaged & processed foods may have a lot of glyphosate in them.
From what I am witnessing, younger people (millennials and Gen Z) not only work out less, they drink a lot more and use more recreational drugs like MDMA, mushrooms and others. The net result is they put many more toxins into their systems while working out much less, if at all. These toxins are in addition to the everyday toxins we are all exposed to. Obesity is also at high levels in young people. The “normalization” of obesity unfortunately allows people to rationalize that their obesity is fine and not the harmful disease state that it is.. All this has a net negative effect on the microbiome and the liver and increases risk factors for colon cancer.
