Video Transcript: Acupuncture and Neutrino Energy: The Future of Cancer Stem Cell Therapy?

Charlene Bollinger: Ty’s first interview was with a very interesting and extremely knowledgeable doctor, named Pan Chung.
Ty Bollinger: Dr. Pan, thank you so much for joining me today.
Dr. Pan Nien Chung, MD: You too. Welcome to Taiwan.
Ty Bollinger: Thank you. We are so happy to be here in Taiwan.
Dr. Pan Nien Chung, MD: Yes.
Ty Bollinger: And you were just telling me you’ve been in Taiwan for 50 years. Before that, you were where?
Dr. Pan Nien Chung, MD: We come from Laos.
Ty Bollinger: Laos?
Dr. Pan Nien Chung, MD: We come here for high school and medical school, and back to general hospital and national research institute.
Ty Bollinger: So, you’re a medical doctor?
Dr. Pan Nien Chung, MD: I am medical doctor, MD, Ph.D., DSC.
Ty Bollinger: So, here’s one thing I want to hear from you. You were talking to Dr. Tony Jimenez earlier.
Dr. Pan Nien Chung, MD: Yes.
Ty Bollinger: You were sharing about some of the amazing effects of acupuncture when it comes to cancer stem cells, and—
Dr. Pan Nien Chung, MD: That’s the key point.
Ty Bollinger: That’s it?
Dr. Pan Nien Chung, MD: Cancer stem cells, 2003. The Western medicine, the first time recognized cancer have cancer stem cells. If you want to treat the cancer, you have to treat the cancer stem cells. 2003 from Michigan University, from that cancer study. So, from 2003, all our studies focused in cancer, not cancer cells. But we have studied a cancer stem cell. Now we find the cancer stem cell, how to extermination the cancer stem cell, how to remove the cancer stem cell. The Western medicine very difficult. But acupuncture and the TCM, Traditional Chinese Medicine, can help you.
Ty Bollinger: So, you can literally remove cancer stem cells with acupuncture?
Dr. Pan Nien Chung, MD: Now we can show, the patient comes. Before—the patient comes, they can take a urination test. Nothing happens in the urine. Because of urine, our body can remove—cannot remove the cancer stem cells. But after acupuncture, but it’s not general speaking acupuncture, it’s specialized training and a very special acupuncture. And after acupuncture, you go to urination, you can test by the liquid biopsy, you can find the resonant phenomena of CD24, cancer stem cells will come out. The patient feels easy, feel better. And they can receive any kind of a treatment of the Western medicine, operation, chemotherapy, radiotherapy, tachytherapy, hormone therapy.
Ty Bollinger: Removing the cancer stem cells via special acupuncture enables the patient to undergo whatever therapy they want to use, including Western treatments, making them more effective. As we learned from Dr. Magic Kuo, the ancient Chinese discovered energetic pathways, which they call meridians, where energy, which they call Chi, travels through specific points on the skin that are connected to specific body organs. When these points are out of balance, they can cause illness. Acupuncture was designed to return the body back to normal homeostasis, that’s being in balance. However, Dr. Pan referred to special acupuncture, so I wanted to determine exactly what he meant by that.
Dr. Pan Nien Chung, MD: This special acupuncture comes from China, and America, and Taiwan, and Laos, international cooperation. We come to study together. This special acupuncture is come from the teaching of Dr. Woo. They studied for 30 years. They say when you do acupuncture, you have—your body has solar alignment. The solar alignment, you have get energy from the solar alignment, nutrition, the neutrino. And your position of your body must be solar aligned. And the neutrino energy from the sun. In two seconds from the sun, will come to your body.
When you get this energy come to your body, we can check you at acupuncture point 10. The migration of the cancer, maybe you have many, many cancer cells in your body, but after you receive the neutrino energy from the sunlight, all the focus, all the toxins, all the cancer cells come to the four points. Only four acupuncture points. Energy from the neutrino comes to those acupuncture points. And after five to 30 minutes, they go to the restroom later, we can find the resonance phenomena of cancer stem cells, CD24, CD44, CD133, and CD29 all come out.
Ty Bollinger: So, exposing the patient to the neutrino energy from the sun, in combination with utilizing four special acupuncture points, causes the patient to excrete cancer stem cells in their urine. Wow! At first, I thought that Dr. Pan was saying that you need 8 minutes and 20 seconds of sun exposure, but he was actually just stating that it takes 8 minutes and 20 seconds for sunlight to travel all the way from the sun to the earth. That is the exact time it takes. Now you might be asking, have they done any studies on the success rate of this unique approach with this special acupuncture?
Dr. Pan Nien Chung, MD: Last year, we finished a study, and this year, we speak on TCM day in Taiwan March 17. Dr. Woo come from United States and he share with us, he have done for 40 cases of cancer patients.
Ty Bollinger: 40 cases?
Dr. Pan Nien Chung, MD: 40 cases. And in Laos, we have studied 120. Within one year, only one patient died, only the breast cancer. 2016. And 2017, 124, only one patient die also. This year, no people die yet, 2018.
Ty Bollinger: Wow, so hundreds of patients, only two people have died?
Dr. Pan Nien Chung, MD: Mortality, mortality, one percent.
Ty Bollinger: Wow.
Dr. Pan Nien Chung, MD: That’s the beginning of a study.
Ty Bollinger: That’s amazing.
Dr. Pan Nien Chung, MD: So, we want to share with our medical friends, and welcome your party to come here. And we want to share our experience to all of you. Might have a new idea: that our energy comes from the solar.

You mentioned “Solar Neutrino Therapy”.
Neutrinos are high-energy subatomic particles that don’t couple/interact with material.

Hi Julie, we do not have Dr. Woo’s contact information at this time, but he practices in the U.S. We refer to this type as Acupuncture + Neutrino Energy.
I purchased your Gold Package for Asia Tour. It was exciting and encouraging to receive this ground breaking information about eliminating cancer stem cells. Dr. Chung also mentioned in his interview that they want to world to know about this.
Yet, it is so very disappointing and frustrating to subsequently have to way to contact either Dr. Pan Nien Chung or Dr. ‘Woo’ !!!
Surely if you were able to initially locate and interview Dr. Pan Nien Chung, MD to disseminate this information to the world, there must be a way for you obtain contact information.
Clicking on Dr. Chung’s picture under Taiwan section does not pull up any contact information. I have also Googled Dr. Pan Nien Chung, MD Taiwan, neutrino energy acupuncture, and ‘Dr. Woo’. Woo / Wu is also a very common Asian name and does not yield any search results for the neutrino form of acupuncture.
Dr. Chung said that this type of acupuncture to eliminate cancer stem cells should be done BEFORE other types of treatments for cancer. So how does anyone go about contacting either Dr. Pan Nien Chung or Dr. Woo for this type of treatment?

Eliminating cancer stem cells is at the root / crux of effective healing. If there is no way to contact / receive this treatment, that interview ends up being a waste of lives and time.

But unfortunately, with the current climate, many of these natural medicine doctors have gone “underground.” Meaning they are either facing lawsuits for refusing to be under the “control” of big pharma, or they have received threats of some kind. The best way to prevent a ‘Clinton Suicide” is to make all the relevant facts public. Including all the data, methods and ways to perform this procedure. If the doctor is sincere in his efforts to help people, making the method public is the best win/win for him and the world.

I, too, bought the Gold package. The series is very interesting. But I am frustrated by Ty’s lack of pressing for specific details, like asking the doctor to show the four acupuncture points (the Dr pointed to the web of his hand and off screen for the lower 2 points.
The doctor pronounced the names of these points, which needed to be spelled out, but Ty did not clarify these critical details, nor did your transcriber attempt to write what the Dr said. Shame on you both. Why don’t you get a clinician next series to help Ty with pertinent questions and clarifications?

I am a little puzzled about why its so hard to find this specialized acupuncturist in the U.S. they don’t have to claim that this is a cure for cancer, but an adjunctive procedure to go along with treatment—like they do for pain and stress relief. If this is so important they could even call it another name if this will help save lives.
I was very excited to hear this part of Ty’s video about neutrino energy. After listening to the video, I searched for contact or website information for Dr. Woo, Dr. Magic Kuo and Dr. Pan Nien Chung, MD and found nothing! How can you in good conscious share all this information to people, while making a lot of money on these videos, and create hope for people trying to cure their cancer, and then not provide contact information for the people you interview??? I am very frustrated with this. Your customer service post was that some of the people you interviewed have gone “underground” to protect themselves. Well, you might want to tell people this upfront in the video. To be so excited about a possible treatment for my cancer then to feel such a disappointment that there is no information or link for where you can get this treatment was such a big letdown. I have done a lot of research on alternative cancer treatments and I feel I wasted my time listening to your videos when there is no contact information for a modality that really resonated with me.

It sounds to me that Dr. Pan Nien Chung might be refering to acupuncture points ‘Hegu’ (Large Intestine 4) and ‘Taichong’ (Liver 3) a combination known a the Four Gates. This combination powerfully effects the flow of Energy (Qi) and Blood in the body.
I agree more follow-up references and contact info is needed to explore this important work, otherwise your good and innovative investigative work, leads us nothing to explore further.

I have just watched your Eastern Medicine series. I thought the series was made this year, but it seems like I am wrong about that. However, that really does not matter. I liked everything so much that I decided to purchase your gold package through Brighteon University. I have been searching fervently, trying to find out the exact accupuncture points on the body in regard to Dr. Pan Nien Chung method of getting rid of cancer stem cells from the body. The points CD 24, CD 44, CD 133, and CD 29 are not familiar to every acupuncturist. For example, Korean acupuncturists are not familiar with these accupuncture labels.
