We still remember February 22, 1980 as if it were yesterday, as broadcaster Al Michaels shouted “Do you believe in miracles? Yes!”
We still get chills every time we watch this! For us, these words are frozen in time, still instantly identifiable 40 years after a team of amateur Olympians representing the USA beat a seemingly unbeatable Soviet (“professional”) national hockey team as the Cold War again was intensifying.
America’s “world-shaking” 4-3 victory over USSR was the greatest upset in the history of sports.
If you were alive in 1980, you’ll remember that the Olympic Games were being played during the “cold war” era and extreme political tension between the USA and the USSR. During the cold war, we perceived the USSR as our biggest threat and constantly believed that World War III was right around the corner.
We both remember hearing about the KGB and all the spying by “Big Brother” and feeling afraid and worrying about the future. At school, we learned about the extreme measures which the USSR and the KGB took to monitor, control, and (ultimately) enslave its people.
The KGB is watching, watching, watching every minute.
KGB stands for “Komitet Gosudarstvennoy Bezopasnosti” (which translates to “Committee for State Security” in English) and was the primary security agency for the Soviet Union from 1954 until its collapse in 1991.
Its primary role within the USSR was to quell dissent, but first they had to identify the “dissidents.” This was done primarily by watching and listening to all the citizens. Phone calls were never private. Dissidents were identified … and silenced. To perform this task, KGB agents often used extremely violent means.
Fear was the common motivator in the USSR. Fear of being deemed a “dissident” and being sent to the gulags.
The Dawn of Soviet America
Here’s the thing: for a type of government to be successful, there needs to be a common motivation and bond for all of its citizens. In America, that common motivation has always been LIBERTY. It’s why we have new elections every two years. It’s why freedom of speech and the press are enshrined in the constitution, and it’s why VOTING is considered one of the greatest privileges in a constitutional republic.
But in virtually every other type of government (Socialist, Communist, Monarchy, Oligarchy, etc.), FEAR and CONTROL are the only way to ensure that ordinary citizens play by the rules. In the course of human history, only a very select few have ever been truly free. In fact, we are currently living in an unprecedented time of democracy, freedom, and human rights.
Soon, that could change. And that’s why we need to talk about CONTACT TRACING.
What is Contact Tracing?
In the age of coronavirus, we’ve been told plenty of lies. The tech and pharmaceutical industries (along with the government) have used this “pandemic” as an excuse to infringe on our fundamental constitutional, human, and God-given rights. Now, they want to turn us against one another.
“Contact Tracing” is the newest way that our imperial overlords plan to implement nationwide surveillance similar to what we’ve seen in communist China. Essentially, they plan to use facial recognition software, data mining, video surveillance, and GPS tracking to determine where every American is, was, and might be in the future.
They claim that this is an effort to stop the spread of COVID-19.
The idea is simple. If you test positive for COVID-19 (whether or not you have symptoms), a trained “contact tracer” will use data from your texts, calls, emails, or anything else they can find in order to determine where you’ve been and who you may have infected. They will also mandate a 14-day quarantine for anyone exposed. that includes:
- 14 days from the time you’re diagnosed
- 14 days from the time anyone is exposed to someone who was diagnosed
- 14 days from anyone who was exposed to someone who was exposed to someone who was diagnosed
Oh. And that 14-day span resets anytime you’re “re-exposed”.
Have you ever heard of the “6 degrees of separation”? The idea is that everyone in the world is 6 (or fewer) social connections away from any other person on the planet. Maybe you have a cousin who has a boyfriend whose teacher used to date… you get the idea. (Keep in mind: this concept existed long before the era of social media, Uber, and DoorDash. We are FAR more connected now than we have ever been.)
That’s essentially how this thing will work. You test positive. You’ve been to three places in the last 3 days, so they track everyone you may have interacted with. Then they find everyone that THOSE PEOPLE have interacted with. It’s exhausting to even think about.
The way this will start is simple: with an app. You know, the kind of app that you’ve downloaded to your phone without thinking twice. Angry Birds. Twitter. Facebook. WhatsApp, Instagram, Words with Friends…
But what if these apps are more sinister than you realize?
The Hidden Danger in Your Phone
Currently, there are apps available that exist for one reason: contact tracing. Apple and Google have teamed up to help public health officials build apps to trace the spread of the disease from person to person. However, these two Silicon Valley giants won’t make the apps themselves. Instead, they are now providing the tools and resources that health organizations can use to build their own contact tracing apps. Along with antibody testing and nasal swab testing, contact tracing is considered one of cornerstones that health authorities will use to check the spread of COVID-19 and decide how and when to reopen their cities and regions as we wait for a vaccine.
A recent poll by Reuters found that only half of smartphone users say they would enable contact tracing voluntarily. So, expect calls to make it mandatory. Marketplace already is informing us that “COVID-19 tracing apps might not be optional at work” and “it’s definitely legal for your employer to require you to use a tracing app.” The regulatory enthusiasts at the Center for American Progress suggest that: “As a condition of receiving a COVID-19 test in the future, individuals may be required to download the app.” Technocrats will point to a model suggesting a 60 percent adoption rate is needed.
Stewart Baker, an attorney who was previously an assistant secretary at the Department of Homeland Security, argues at Lawfare that states could force operating system vendors to install contact tracing software on your phone—and even make it unlawful for you to deactivate it. “The governors probably don’t need to ask,” Baker writes, noting that around 40 states have adopted a public health “emergency” law that sweeps in “communication devices.” In addition, he writes, “governors likely have authority to require that residents of their states activate the app.”
And people who download these apps may (unsuspectingly) be putting others in harm’s way.
National health agencies can develop apps that use Bluetooth radio technology to record when other phones with the same app are detected nearby. When a user either shows symptoms or tests positive for COVID-19, alerts can be sent to all those who were in close proximity over the preceding week or two, along with advice on what to do next.
Singapore is already using this technology and it’s about as un-American as it sounds… As of May 12, Singapore’s SafeEntry contact tracing app became fully operational. Anyone visiting a wide range of locations will need to check-in with either a national form of ID or by scanning a QR code on their smartphones. Those locations include workplaces, schools, stores, hotels and healthcare facilities. Businesses failing to check-in visitors or customers risk penalties. There are even moves to include check-in processes inside taxis and on other transit systems.
Remember the first time you heard that children would be banned from schools and daycare enters if they weren’t fully vaccinated? Imagine if that applied to the grocery store or the bus. Imagine not being able to rent or buy a home because you haven’t verified your vaccine status? (why are we talking about vaccines here? Shouldn’t this be about contact tracing?)
“Deployment will be made mandatory for places where individuals are likely to be in close proximity for prolonged periods or in enclosed spaces,” explains the government (what government? US? Singapore?) , “or where there is higher traffic… Employees and visitors should check-in and check-out of workplaces and other venues using SafeEntry to help our contact tracers establish cluster links and transmission chains.”
There are legal arguments that could be made about the scope of public health emergency law. There are constitutional arguments about the First Amendment–protected status of computer code. But more fundamentally, many governors simply haven’t proven themselves worthy of trust during the COVID-19 outbreak. Michigan’s governor banned motorized boats while allowing non-motorized ones. Kansas churches had to go to court to secure their right to remain open subject to distancing rules, even though shopping malls, libraries, restaurants, and bars were exempted. In the San Francisco Bay Area, liquor stores, marijuana shops, and summer camps have been deemed “essential” while churches, gun stores, and even 60-acre outdoor shooting ranges must remain closed.
Does Contact Tracing Violate Our Rights?
To be clear, those who have completed “contact tracer training” confirm that you will be compelled to self-isolate; one way or another. If you have children and can’t prove that you’re properly “distancing” yourself (even though children are virtually immune to COVID-19), social services will intervene to “care” for your children while you isolate.
And this is not up for debate. In a recorded interview, Alan Dershowitz….
This actually warrants its own paragraph. Alan Dershowitz is considered an accomplished lawyer and academic, having extensively studied and practiced both constitutional and criminal law. What you may NOT know is that he facilitated a negotiation (read: collusion) on behalf of Jeffrey Epstein. It was later revealed that Epstein ran an international sex trafficking ring for the rich and famous, including Bill Clinton, Harvey Weinstein, and… Alan Dershowitz. Point: he’s as corrupt as they come.
Nevertheless, he is on camera claiming that Americans have “no right not to be vaccinated,” continuing to say that “if you refuse, the state can LITERALLY take you to a Dr.’s office and PLUNGE a needle into your arm.”
And THAT is what this whole thing is about.
Does the government plan to use facial recognition software (remember that cute app which made you look younger or older?) to identify people? YES. Does the government plan to expand and utilize their public surveillance systems to monitor our activity? YES.
Does the government ultimately plan on creating a “voluntary” registry, without which it would be impossible to shop, travel, or gain employment? YES.
This is what’s happening in communist China RIGHT NOW. This is what’s happening in Russia RIGHT NOW. And there’s only one way that you can free yourself from these digital chains once you’re shackled: VACCINATION.
Give Me Freedom or Give Me… Vaccination?
That’s right. It doesn’t matter if you’ve tested for antibodies that prove natural immunity. It doesn’t matter if you’ve been on 4 months of back-to-back quarantine without access to your children. It doesn’t matter if you’ve had NO SYMPTOMS WHATSOEVER.
Until you’ve been injected with the latest vaccine, you’re a risk to public health.
And while the loss of liberty is appalling, the worst part may be the division which it inherently sows among us. Imagine your neighbor, concerned for the health and safety of the neighborhood, reporting you for not wearing a mask?
Imagine testing positive for COVID-19 and being arrested in church because a “friend” called the authorities on you for “violating your quarantine”?
Imagine not seeing your children for MONTHS because the neighbor saw you watering the lawn and called the police.
THAT is what we’re facing. Don’t believe me? Look at the unemployment rate. Look at the closed businesses. Look at the millions of people wearing cloth over their faces despite overwhelming evidence that that makes them MORE likely to get sick.
Then tell me that Big Pharma, Mainstream media, and the Medical Mafia won’t use these measures to force the latest vaccines.
I don’t want to live in Soviet Russia or Communist China. I want to live in America, where our freedom of speech, press, religion, and medical decisions for our families are sovereign. I REFUSE to live in a nation that forces me to inject my children with untested new drugs or which tracks my phone to see where I’ve been and who I’ve seen. The last time I checked, this was still the United States of America, where governments ‘derive their just powers from the consent of the governed’, and where individual freedom and liberty are unalienable rights and not privileges to be bestowed and suspended by an all-powerful government.
ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!
Our nation is at a crossroads. We can line up like sheep for the slaughter, or we can fight back.

I suggest people contact the armed forces via say, Dr. Alan Sabrowsky – a Senior lecturer at Army colleges. He knows whats going down and Im sure will be doing what he can to let the troops know. A 90% mutiny is your only hope that I see. Nothing less will stip these devils.

BTW, I sent you an email months ago after purchasing your TTAV series and watching them fro free, stating that I was interested in condensing this material into a Talking Points About Vaccines booklet. I would give Ty and Charlene as well as all of the speakers full credit and leave my self out completely. All I want to do is help get this word out and make it easy for people to understand and remember what to say. However, for me to do this most easily, it would help to have a computer file (like Word) for the book so I wouldn’t have to scan it, which would take a lot more time. It took almost three months to get your package and mailing it as the PO is so slow these days, and I am half way through the book now.
Somebody responded to that last email saying that they would send it on to the higher ups and get back to me but I have not heard anything. I think it would help your project and I do not want anything else in return.

Evidently, you have no idea that if you claim U.S. citizen as your political status, then you HAVE no rights. Only American nationals have unalienable God given rights. U.S. citizens have “civil rights” which are actually government granted privileges. This is a fact, not an opinion.
If you are claiming to be a 14th Amendment U.S. citizen, you have traded your God given unalienable rights for so called civil rights.
The 14th Amendment never ratified via Article V. Before it was forcibly implemented, State citizenship was the lawful and ONLY form of citizenship there was. They were citizens of the sovereign American Nations/States.
The criminal national government which began under Lincoln and was fully in control by the 1867 Reconstruction Acts and the 1868 forced implementation of the never ratified 14th Amendment which usurped the sovereignty of the American republics by taking away from them their own citizens via nationalizing citizenship.
The problem is that it was all done by military force, even during a time of peace after the war against the States.
That makes the system of government national rather than federal, and illegitimate as well as insurgent. Those who claim U.S. citizenship are also insurgents, making them enemies of the De Jure State governments. Those who vote in their fraudulent system of elections are placing themselves in rebellion against their true De Jure State governments.
Those who are serving in the offices of this de facto government know this, and they also know that they CAN treat the people as enemy combatants under their criminal system of private Roman Civil Law.
I’m surprised that you do not know that. THAT is how they are getting away with what they are doing. It’s all perfectly legal under their fake system of legalities.
Those who choose to claim their rightful and lawful State nationality and citizenship (American national) are NO LONGER under the jurisdiction of Congress. Believe me. The so called Supreme Court HAS ruled that “U.S. citizens ARE CITIZENS OF CONGRESS, and they cannot complain because they have submitted themselves to such a form of government.” That is why you cannot even MENTION Constitutional rights in their courts.

So what do we do? Articles like this are so frustrating because they tell us all the depressing and scary details but don’t give us any actions to take. I have been doing all I know to do but if you know of other things we can be doing, can you please include them? How do we fight?
One simple way to avoid the compulsory vaccine would be to rally the Muslim community to invoke their halal certification, the Jewish community to invoke their kosher certification and other religious communities to invoke their reasons for not wishing to ingest, orally or otherwise, any product cultured in or containing animal tissue or fetal tissue which contravene their dietary requirements according to their faith.
The “halal” lobby (as is the “kosher” lobby) is an extremely formidable and influential foe when contradicted or challenged.
Two things spring to mind. Islamophobia and Anti-Semitism could be accusations levelled at governments, medical industry, WHO, big Pharma and their minions, something that in the case of individual transgression would be met with howls of protest and probable incarceration.

I understand your hesitation and yes it does feel like fear mongering but consider it a warning. Now that you have this information keep your eyes and ears open. Tracers and tracers are already being trained and have been mandated to be tracers at their jobs. I know people being forced to do this or give names from their staff to be reassigned to a task force. It’s happening. Philadelphia announced that they would implement this tracking for all who went to the “protests.” They will receive a knock on the door and asked what they were doing there and who they know- it was all for covid- now it’s for other purposes – like The Patriot Act. So yes, we should be fearful but rather than be afraid be alert, informed, prepared.

Great information. Now, I keep seeing articles that end with we must fight back but no one says how.
I have read that legally you are assumed to have agreed to being tested and also vaccinated if you do not have an “advance directive” showing you do NOT consent to testing or vaccination.
Is this true? If it is true that not writing & filing a “I DO NOT CONSENT” legal document, & having it available to show, means legally that you have tacitly agreed to be tested and/or vaccinated. And that petitions or protests against it do not secure your legal right to stop forced testing or vaccination of yourself.
If true, please find out the legal language to “I do not consent to be tested or vaccinated” statements that we need to use, where to file them or just carry a card, etc.
Let’s DO something to protect ourselves. The US signed the Accord after the holocaust that required consent to anything that was bodily invasive. We need the legal language to make any non-consent to be timely, so legally we have not tacitly agreed because we did not legally issue a “I DO NOT CONSENT” statement when we first heard that testing/vaccine might be forced.
