Deborah Oke graduated from Cleveland State University majoring in Health Science, Endocrinology, and Psychology.
She is passionate about nutrition, creating nutrient-dense cuisine, holistic healing, medicinal plants, wild edible plants, organic farming, and creating edible landscapes.
As a raw food enthusiast and investigative journalist, Deborah is presently exploring Europe and the Middle East researching folk remedies, anti-cancer diets, and cultural music.
