Dr. Irvin Sahni grew up in West Houston. After completing high school at the top of his class at James E. Taylor and Katy Texas, he attended Baylor University in Waco, Texas. Here he completed a degree in chemistry while conducting undergraduate scientific research and published two articles in organic chemistry. He also gave lectures regarding this research during his undergraduate years at various universities. After graduating at the top of his class, Dr. Sahni went on to attend Baylor college of medicine in Houston, Texas. Baylor College of Medicine is located in the largest medical center in the world, the Texas medical Center. Baylor College of Medicine is consistently listed in U.S. News & World Report as one of the top medical schools in the United States.
