There’s nothing like a glass of cool, clear water to quench your thirst! But the next time you turn on the tap, you might want to question whether that water is in fact, too toxic to drink. If your water is fluoridated, the answer is likely yes. For decades, we have been told a lie, a lie that has led to the deaths of millions of Americans and weakened the immune system of tens of millions more. THIS LIE IS CALLED FLUORIDATION: The process of dripping fluoride into our municipal water supplies, which we were told was a safe and effective method of protecting our teeth from decay, but realistically, it is a deception of monumental proportions.
Remember the enormous Bárðarbunga volcanic eruption in Iceland in 2014-2015? Animals in southern Iceland were at risk of fluoride poisoning if they inhaled or ingested the ash from the eruption. Fluoride poisoning can lead to internal bleeding, long-term bone damage, and tooth loss, according to BBC News (April 19, 2010):
The fluoride in the ash creates acid in the animals’ stomachs, corroding the intestines resulting in hemorrhages. It also binds with calcium in the bloodstream and, after heavy exposure over a period of days, makes bones frail and causes teeth to crumble.
Most folks never “connect the dots” between the tragic poisoning of these animals due to a natural event, and the intentional poisoning of human beings through accumulated fluoride toxicity from daily exposure.
The Fluoride Hoax
In the USA, the practice of adding sodium fluoride to your tap water began in the 1940s, but this wasn’t the first time fluoride had been added to the water supply. USAF Major George R. Jordan testified before the UN-American Activity committees of Congress in the 1950s that in his post as USA-Soviet liaison officer (1930s), the Soviets openly admitted to “using the fluoride in the water supplies in their concentration camps, to make the prisoners stupid, docile, and subservient.”
But isn’t fluoride good for your teeth? Contrary to popular opinion, fluoride doesn’t stop tooth decay at all, and scientific studies have actually proven that fluoride causes dental fluorosis, brain damage, congenital disabilities, and osteoporosis. If you use fluoridated toothpaste, check the warning label on the tube; it will shock you. The following warning has been required for all fluoridated toothpaste by the FDA since April of 1997 due to the large number of calls to the Poison Control Centers for children who became acutely ill from ingested sodium fluoride:
WARNING: Keep out of reach of children under six years of age. In case of accidental overdose, seek professional assistance or contact a poison control center immediately.
In his book Fluoride, The Aging Factor, Dr. John Yiamouyiannis warns:
Fluoride is a poison!.. It has been used as a pesticide for mice, rats, and other small pests. A 10-pound infant could be killed by 1/100 of an ounce and a 100-pound adult could be killed by 1/10 of an ounce of fluoride.
In 1977, epidemiological studies by Dr. Dean Burk, former head of the US National Cancer Institute’s cell chemistry section, and Yiamouyiannis reported that fluoridation is linked to about 10,000 cancer deaths yearly.
Fluoride causes more human cancer, and causes it faster, than any other chemical . . . more people have died in the last 30 years from cancer connected with fluoridation than all the military deaths in the entire history of the United States.
—Dr. Dean Burk, Congressional Record, 21 July 1976.
In 2005, a study conducted at the Harvard School of Dental Health found that there is a direct correlation between fluoride and osteosarcoma (bone cancer) in young boys. Sodium fluoride inhibits enzyme activity, paralyzes white blood cells, and causes collagen to break down. Enzymes, the immune system, and collagen are all fundamental in fighting cancer. All in all, there are more than 500 peer-reviewed studies documenting the adverse effects of sodium fluoride, ranging from cancer to brain damage.
In 2010, two separate stories from India revealed that children are being blinded and crippled partly as a result of fluoride being artificially added to their drinking water. In the Indian village of Gaudiyan, well over half of the population has bone deformities, making them physically handicapped. Children are born normally but after they consume fluoridated water, they begin to develop crippling defects in their hands and feet.
Due to the excess fluoride content in drinking water, dietary calcium is not absorbed in the body, causing disabilities and deformities.
—Dr. Amit Shukla, neuro physician
However, in a lofty manner that would make the Medical Mafia proud, Indian government doctors have denied that fluoridation of drinking water has any connection to disabilities and have refused to test the water, insisting such tests are “not necessary.” Meanwhile, in the village of Pavagada, children are going blind after being diagnosed with Lamellar Congenital cataract (a condition wherein the eye lenses are damaged). The local doctors attribute the child blindness to two factors—consanguineous marriages and the “fluoride content” of the water. LINK
A Little History—How a Toxic Poison Became “Safe”
In the 1920s, aluminum manufacturing, due largely to the flourishing canning industry, was booming. But it was also a big producer of toxic waste, namely sodium fluoride. The biggest dilemma was the cost of safely disposing of this hazardous waste since it was costly. A company in Pittsburgh, ALCOA, led by their founder and major stockholder, Andrew Mellon, had some “revolutionary” ideas of how to cut the costs of disposing of sodium fluoride.
Under EPA regulations, sodium fluoride was previously required to be disposed of in a landfill for toxic waste. However, Mellon was appointed Secretary of the Treasury, who was in charge of the US Public Health Services (PHS) at that time. To make a long story short, without any studies, Mellon found a market for his toxic waste (and the toxic waste of the soon-to-emerge nuclear industry)—the municipal water supplies of the USA.
Under Mellon’s supervision, ALCOA-funded scientist Gerald J. Cox publicly declared that fluoride was good for your teeth, and in 1939, he proposed that the USA should fluoridate its water reservoirs. In essence, sodium fluoride was given the “green light” . . . not by a doctor, not by a dentist, but by a scientist who was working for the largest producer of fluoride in the entire country. I’m not joking; that’s how it all started!
At that time, the ADA and AMA were not yet on the take and they were screaming at Congress to stop this toxic assault. The Journal of the American Dental Association, in 1936, warned that “fluoride at the one ppm (part per million) concentration is as toxic as arsenic and lead.” In the 1940s, countless studies proved that fluoride is toxic, causes cancer, damages the immune system, causes brain damage, and damages internal organs. But ALCOA, backed by the Military Industrial Complex, wanted a market for the waste created by the nuclear industry and promptly “classified” the incriminating results of every study.
They were bound and determined to make a profit from this toxic substance called sodium fluoride. In 1947, Oscar R. Ewing, a long-time ALCOA lawyer, was appointed head of the Federal Security Agency, a position that placed him in charge of the PHS. Under Ewing, a national water fluoridation campaign began. The public relations strategist for the water fluoridation campaign was none other than Sigmund Freud’s nephew Edwin L. Bernays, known as the “Father of Spin.”
Bernays pioneered the application of his uncle’s theories to advertising and government “half-truths.” In his book Propaganda, Bernays argued that “scientific manipulation of public opinion is the key.” He stated, “A relatively small number of persons pull the wires which control the public mind.” His techniques were simple: Pretend there is some favorable research by using phrases like “Numerous studies have shown…” or “Research has proven…” or “Scientific investigators have found…” but then never really cite anything. Say it long enough and loud enough, and eventually people will believe it. If anyone doubts you, attack their character and their intellect.
Bernays never strayed from his fundamental axiom to “control the masses without their knowing it.” He believed that the best “PR” occurs when people are unaware that they are being manipulated. So, under Bernays’ spell, the popular image of fluoride (which at the time was being sold as a bug and rat poison) became that of a beneficial provider of gleaming smiles, absolutely safe, and good for children. Any opponents were quickly and permanently engraved on the public mind as crackpots, quacks, and lunatics. In 1950, the government officially endorsed fluoridation, and today, over 70% of the nation’s reservoirs are fluoridated with almost 150,000 tons of sodium fluoride every year, despite the fact that it is a toxic waste and causes countless health problems.
2024 Update: Federal Judge Calls Out EPA on Fluoride’s Risks to Kids
As if the dangers of fluoride weren’t enough, a federal judge recently handed down a decision that could upend the entire fluoridation system. In a landmark ruling, Judge Edward Chen of the U.S. District Court highlighted the severe risks fluoride poses to children’s neurological health—something the EPA conveniently brushed under the rug for years.
In essence, Judge Chen just handed the EPA a reality check, making it clear they can’t keep dodging the fluoride issue. More than 200 million Americans drink water treated with fluoride, but Chen pointed out that a lot of science shows this exposure may harm pregnant women and kids, especially their developing brains. This verdict is a significant slap in the face for public health agencies like the CDC and lobby groups like the ADA, who have blindly defended fluoride as a public health triumph, ignoring mounting neurotoxicity evidence.
With more research linking fluoride to IQ reduction and cognitive harm, it’s about time this toxic practice gets the scrutiny it deserves. It’s not just a health hazard; it’s a betrayal of public trust. Read more about this here.
In Summary
Fluoride, originally a hazardous by-product from industries like aluminum and fertilizer, was repurposed to ‘mass-medicate’ the public through our drinking water. Rather than paying for safe disposal, companies sold this toxic waste to municipalities. And the dangers? They’re undeniable. A recent federal ruling highlights fluoride’s risks to children’s neurological health, proving once again that this corrosive poison has been forced upon us under the guise of public health. As EPA scientist Dr. Robert Carton said, “Fluoridation is the greatest case of scientific fraud in this century.”

I’ve believed this for many years. Is distilled water the most economical way to avoid fluoride? I haven’t found a water filter that filters fluoride.
My question is, how do we get the fluoride out of our drinking water?
By not putting it in there in the 1st place.
excellent response.
we get raw spring water form a local spring. you can find any near you at http://www.findaspring.org you can also/or instead get a HIGH quality water filter like this one http://livepristine.com/#_l_gi
Look up activated aluminum water filters. The fluoride binds with the aluminum. This must be filtered out with another filter or you can use a vortex water separator to take out the particulate and change the Oxidation Reduction Potential (ORP) to a very large negative charge which is what you want.
The problem with distilled water is that its removing many good minerals from the water like calcium.. Later in life that can cause many health conditions like osteoporosis.
This is not a problem if you eat right and take vitamins. It’s also not a problem the second you put a couple of mineral drops in. I’ve been drinking home distilled water for 10 years, and there are too many things we can add to our water for various reasons for this to still be an issue.
Distilled water doesn’t leach any organic or cellular minerals out of your body. Sailors on ships have been drinking distilled water for months at a time for many years of their lives & it causes no trouble. Inorganic minerals in mineral water are not beneficial & have to be filtered by kidneys and may actually cause long term issues.
Ideally drink distilled water you have energised or enlivened via vortex action (easily accomplished via methods long known in biodynamic farming). If you are adding minerals like magnesium, or copper, add it to your distilled water in ionic form. You can buy liquid ionic magnesium or copper on Amazon. You need very little.
Using any supplements like borax (itself beneficial for arthritis and more) or iodine (lugol’s iodine) is best added to distilled water. Ditto making colloidal silver in water. Use. Distilled. It is an oft repeated and unsubstantiated myth that distilled water will cause mineral deficiencies. Doctors who are broadly ignorant on the matter , nutrition in general, will claim to speak with authority on distilled water being dangerous yet of many I have asked none could give me, with as much time as needed, a single credible reference or even anecdote of problems in any patient ever.
I speak on all at the above from study and experience.
If you want details of things that help but I can tell you switching to distilled water has been beneficial to me. Certain supplements have been too. Adopting a carnivore diet 60 days ago is showing objective & subjective benefits to serious issues, some 20 years plus in duration.
For example-my blood pressure has been uncttiablw and high for at least 15 years. Within 6 weeks of carnivore diet it dropped from having been at least 150/100 since 2003/4 (or higher) to 107/77. Nothing else did that.
A lot of things that go against orthodoxy seem stupid, even counterintuitive in frameworks of what we think we know. I refer to my favourite of “Murphy’s laws of combat”:
*if it is stupid, but works…it isn’t stupid*
If you want the short video clip links from key interviews that convinced me to adopt carnivore for health and healing, and key supplements I suggest based on my own study and direct experience, email me via:
Ancientengineers AT googlemail DOT com
Borax and iodine are also good for getting fluoride out of your body if used for a long time.
Vitamin c & lysine are great for helping rebuild heart, clear arterial plaque per Pauling therapy. Copper helps skin & hair, delaying grey hair and even reversing in some people. Magnesium is how your body utilises the calcium and high calcium intake without lots of magnesium can actually be a cause rather than solution to joint and bone issues.
Anything I have learned and used is something I happy to share info on. I have no site nor product to sell. I wish I had known this all many many years ago so if I can share any info or experience to spare anyone what I have suffered I am glad to.
I appreciate your insights and sharing them. I’m in agreement with most of what you’ve stated. Especially about minerals. We’re all deficient in them to some degree. Many doctors will prescribe medications for a condition that arises from mineral deficiency……especially that of magnesium. Though I’m unsure that a protein (“carnivore”) diet is what I would want for myself. My diet preferences are largely based on vegetables and fruit which I include with eggs, fish along with other meat sources and dairy products. Onions I include with almost any recipe either finely chopped raw or cooked. Excellent for cardiovascular health. But I do recommend vitamin/mineral supplementation which I have been doing for several decades. At 75 years of age, I am not on any medication, nor would I take any if suggested. I’m physically active and my mental acuity is great. Here’s a rule of “thumb”: If you have a disease, there’s something missing in your diet. And remember, a healthy immune system is what helps to keep one disease-free. In conclusion, the residents of the town I live in declined any fluoride to be added to our water. RM
You can read up on vitamin C and lysine in equal amounts (and some proline) by checking out doctoryourself.com or reading any of Linus Pauling’s great books. Also check out the great product, Sufficient C. You can buy this from sufficientc.com or on Iherb.com. It’s one of my favorite products.
Distilled water removes inorganic calcium that often comes in the form of calcium supplements (which can lead to calcium deposits, arterial plaque, kidney stones, etc.). It does not remove calcium from whole foods. Distilled water does a service to the body by removing minerals that are not recognized as food by the body and can create health issues. I have been using a WaterWise Distiller for about 10 years. My calcium plaque screening showed 0% calcium deposits in all arterial areas examined. And my calcium levels are always good. I use an herbal, whole food calcium supplement.
Just take a multi vitamin supplement
Reverse osmosis or Berkey, but these are temporary solutions. The real solution is to stop fluoridation programs entirely!
I love my Berkey but would really love to just get the fluoride out of the water in the first place!
I have found the Aqualiv Alkaline water system is and has been beneficial to my health as well as my wife!
Berkey water offers a fluoride filter for their systems.
Berky….I think it removes even glyphosate
you cannot get it though in CA…check it out on line. The water tastes so good. You can take it with you when you travel.
Buy a WaterWise Distiller. We have had one for 15 years, and love it! Its about $400.
The people that work there , in Florida, as fabulous.
The Berkey Water filters have a filter for fluoride. I’m currently using it.
Yes, how do we get the fluoride out of our water?
Karen, Here’s some scoop from the Flouride Action Network: Water Filters: One way of avoiding the fluoride from tap water is to purchase a water filter. Not all water filters, however, remove fluoride. The three types of filters that can remove fluoride are reverse osmosis, deionizers (which use ion-exchange resins), and activated alumina.Hope this helps!
They also mention distillers. Distillers are much more effective and efficient at getting out everything you don’t want in your water.
R.O. can only remove at most up to about 92% of fluoride.
Not familiar with deionizers
Activated alumina will unfortunately leech some of its aluminum into the water, not good
Distillation of water using a properly built water distiller is the absolute best solution: your body will thank you for it since it won;t have to process it before using it.
I have been drinking distilled water since 2000 and am the better for it along with other health measures taken on one at a time to gauge their effectiveness.
The EPA did not exist in the 1920’s, so there were no regulations regarding the disposal of fluoride compounds. This entire article is bogus.
Daves comment shows how much fluoride he has consumed.
The article makes ZERO reference to the EPA being around in 1920. The reference to 1920 is when the production of fluoride occurred from when the manufacturing of aluminum started.
Dave your brain is malfunctioning causing your statement to be BOGUS.
GET A FLUORIDE FILTER!
The article states that the first use of Flouride was in the THIRTIES, NOT THE TWENTIES! AND IT WAS USED ON A WHOLE VILLAGE AS A MIND-CONTROL EXPERIMENT. And to claim that any text is totally bogus when disputing one small part of it is just not a real solid way to rationalize anything!
Communist and Nazi references have been attributed to only one uncorroborated American officer’s writing in his diary from the second world war. No records have surfaced publicly from other sources to verify the claim as true. Because the claim remains specious and uncorroborated by official documents I would strongly caution against using those statements to make your point.
Fluoridation of drinking water is unsafe and reckless on personal health and the environment. The data is incontrovertible. That alone is enough.
If it comes to pr
If it comes to proving in court or scientifically a diary entry of a military officer may not be absolute proof.
Nothing in this world is. Fraudulent, biased, or bought , and suppressed, Scientific studies and deliberately deceitful expert testimony in court abounds.
As a veteran of both navy and army and trained as an officer I can assure you that while logs, diaries, journals CAN be faked it is seen as a serious crime and huge honor violation. What might be more common is NOT putting something damaging, incriminating or embarrassing in any such record but what DOES get put in such written record IS likely to be true as observed or as best known.
A military officer making note in his own diaries of fluoride use amongst society based on info he was exposed to is NOT likely to be lying. What personal advantage would there be in doing so in comparison to a ALCOA, eugenics activists, etc seen the advantages of doing such to a population?
In comparing whether you would trust the (to you) uncorroborated account of a ranking officer who saw fit to make a note in his diary to those who benefit from , or advance agendas, in selling or disposing of fluoride into the public, ask yourself, of the two extreme ends, cui bono?
Based on long experience as both a prior service militAry man AND having been a designer for a major multinational medical systems tech company AND as a long term frequent patient of medical systems in both USA and Uk, I can tell you that I would extremely doubt a military officer would lie in his diaries on an issue of little to know personal advantage but corporate officers, marketers, and many MDs will lie through their teeth if it means fiscal advantage or avoiding liability.
So consider that journal entry uncorroborated if you wish, but from experience, training, and study I would consider it a credible account. As an FYI, having training in this, and actual experience with using such in court unfortunately-including business law courses-contemporaneous personal journal or diary entries, , log entries, reporter or police notebook entries-the key word is contemporaneously made, are fully admissible in court and considered as or more reliable than testimony itself given and can be summoned as official record. I won’t detail the many ways this could apply but I do again say-I doubt that military officer lied in his journal entries and what real incentive would he have to do so, especially compared to those who push fluoride. Beyond all of the evidence showing the dangers of fluoride, if I had on one hand ALL of the accumulated assertions of those pushing the mass fluoridation of the public-often against local plebiscites-and that one officer journal entry, I would give that officer more credence on the cui Bono basis. I would also say-in light of this-where are all of the large scale mass studies over any long term pricing BOTH the safety and isolate able efficacy of adding fluoride to water, which itself violates the Nuremburg standard of informed consent of doing such to all patients -for their benefit or not.
You know, I know, the fluoride advocates and activists couldn’t produce any such evidence at the start of mass fluoridation AND 70 years later there is no credible, incontrovertible proof of fluoride being beneficial while evidence for its harm has stacked up more and more
This implies heavily that agendas, not public benefit, were behind this massive and ongoing water fluoridation programme. I would pay attention to everything that officer wrote with that in mind.
The only way to eliminate fluoride from drinking water is to install a reverse osmosis (RO) system, OR a Berkey Water Filtration System with the fluoride/arsenic reduction filters. We recently purchased a Big Berkey and had our fluoridated tap water tested after it had been put through the filters. The fluoride reading before filtering was .6 ppm and after was zero ppm. We are very pleased with this system, as it is free standing and doesn’t require any plumbing as a RO system does. Plus the RO uses more water than required
during the filtering process.
Water distillers remove fluoride as well.
To the Author of this article: Someone above mentioned that the EPA was not formed until 1970. My Nephew, who is 16 and a huge skeptic on this topic mentioned this as well and to him that discredits this entire article. Please explain your putting this info in the article. You don’t have to convince me about the harm of fluoride, but I don’t have a leg to stand on now to convince my nephew. Hope you can help.
I’d suggest no one go outside ever either cuz the sun causes a lot of cancer too.
where might that Tab be? Can’t seem to find it. thanks
Hi Dina, I would suggest looking at our sources for more information! Within the above article, you can click on the hyperlinked text to view the referenced article. 🙂
Look up Clearly Filtered. They claim to remove fluoride.
So, throw the baby out with the bath water?
It has to be filtered out, using special under the sink filters.. I also us a Kangen Water Ionizer which removes many other harmful chemicals in our water. It also Alkalizes the water making it healthier for the body..
Does Enagic make a fluoride filter ?
Yes they do..
Ty, Please correct some obvious errors herein! You must be very meticulous in attacking fluoride–or it damages the credibility of all of us who oppose it and undercuts our efforts to convey the nasty truth.
There was no EPA back then, so get the agency correct.
You keep saying sodium fluoride, but I think you’re often confusing it with hexafluorosilicic acid. Also perhaps other compounds. Be precise.
It is undisputed that fluoride does lead to osteosarcoma, but that’s uncommon. Please give further details on the supposed 10,000 cancer deaths per year.
Acknowledge that some studies do show a very minor reduction in tooth decay–several tenths of one tooth surface out of the 128 surfaces in the adult mouth. This number is usually given as a relative improvement rather quoting the absurdly minor absolute value. The CDC, despite their politically-motivated approval of fluoridation, acknowledges that fluorides effects are “primarily topical and not systemic”. The point is that the tiny potential benefits are grossly outweighed by the horrific consequences–as is well documented in the recent 500-page study by the National Academy of Sciences.
Are you sure they were intentionally fluoridating the water in India? Excess fluoride occurs naturally there and is a recognized problem–which is why they provide better scientific studies on fluoride than the USA.
Please provide some credible citations for some of the facts, and especially be more precise in stating those facts. Thanks
Kudos for addressing this pernicious lie head on, and without qualification or apology! Fluoride in its various forms has become nearly ubiquitous in our diets, as many dried foods, grains, nuts, etc. are fumigated with sulfanyl fluoride, and dehydrated foods also concentrate the fluoride present in the water they were processed with. Although it is theoretically still possible to avoid this toxic contaminant, doing so successfully is becoming more and more difficult in practice. It is even a component of some chem-trail effluents, which makes it part of the air we breathe!
After some research on fluoride detox, I have begun to use very small amounts of sodium tetraborate ( 20 mule team is adequate) in the proportion of one eighth of a teaspoon to a liter of water (I use R/O water). This binds the fluoride so that it is excreted in the urine, and will thereby prevent it from being assimilated into the body from contaminated food or water, and will also eliminated fluoride already in the body. We all need to de-calcify our pineal glands from past fluoride exposure. This reverses the adverse effects of cumulative fluoride contamination, and allows us to more fully access our higher mental/spiritual capacities.
This is a subject of vital importance, and I highly encourage everyone to do more fact finding and research, as well as to inform as many others as will listen. As Mark Twain said, ” It is easier to lie to someone than to convince them that they have been lied to”.
Keep on ROCKIN, TY!
-Scott
we had no say whatsoever when fluoride was added to our drinking water, and I suppose there is no way that we can demand that it be removed….
If you want to take action in the effort to eliminate public water fluoridation, you can go to Fluoride Action Network, and sign their petition, as well as join in other actions they are doing.

I loved as much as you’ll receive carried out ribht here. The sketch is
attractive, your authored material stylish. nonetheless, you command get got an edginess over that you wish be delivering the following.
unwell unquestionably com morfe formerly again as exactly the same
nearrly very often inside case you syield this increase.
Many toothpastes with fluoride are said to help fight cavities and prevent gingivitis. Even if we brush our teeth with fluoride, we still get cavities. My father was not pleased that I bought Neem toothpaste because it was too expensive costing $7 or $8. He wanted me to buy toothpaste with Fluoride because it was much cheaper costing only $3.00.
As a newly registered member, I just wanna thank Ty and Charlene for bringing your book to my attention: Monumental Myths. I bought it via eBay Australia. While I may have gathered over a 1000 PDF’s, and a 1000 YouTube videos over the years, I don’t own any books on conspiracy theories. Like you said in a previous email, no matter how hard you try and wake people up to this global conspiracy, some people just simply don’t wanna be woken up in fear of having their perfect little pathetic life turned upside down. While everybody in my family would much prefer burying their heads in the sand, and watch crap on their idiot box, I’m hoping that whatever is written in this book, I can get my family to read it. If they won’t listen to me, then maybe, just maybe, one of them will flick through it, and gain some valuable insight during this hellish time, when 5G is upon us.
Now, to change the subject. Here in NSW, Australia, I’ve been drinking nothing but Nobles Pureau filtered water for the last 5 years. 3 things I’m concerned about:
1) Would you trust gurgling your mouth out with warm tap water to spit out your toothpaste? Could that be dangerous, I’ve always wondered?
2) For a long time now, I’ve been wanting to buy a Dr. Mercola Shower Filter. While this may be a shot in the dark, but has anybody from Australia purchased one of these filters? I ask this because, if I was to buy it, I’m concerned that the American style filter may not be compatible with Australian showers, thus forcing me to send it back for a refund via exorbitant overseas postage costs.
I’ve scoured all over the internet hoping to find a shower filter that’s being sold within Australia that’s similar to Dr. Mercola’s, but unfortunately, all the Aussie shower filters I’ve looked into, look crap, and don’t compare nowhere near Dr. Mercola’s shower filter when it comes to filtering out stuff. I’m thinking, maybe I should take the risk, and just buy the damn thing. What do you reckon?
3) If I was to buy a reverse osmosis water filtration system for our house, would that mean I would no longer be required to buy a shower filter?
If I’m gonna purchase, and begin using something that goes towards improving my health and well-being, then I’m gonna make sure I buy a product that offers me the highest quality in protection.
All my research has led me to believe Dr. Mercola’s shower filter is the number 1 best shower filter in the world, but maybe somebody out there disagrees, and if so, then please, by all means, tell me which shower filter you highly recommend I should buy, so I don’t get poisoned whenever I take a hot shower.
Thank you.
To those that would refute what Ty and Charlene are trying to get out and raise awareness of: 1st the industrial processes of the release of ANY form of fluoride is hazardous; 2d There is NO data from any source that shows any fluoride substance is anything but toxic, mainly neuro toxin in form. This was brought to public attention during WW 2 because of the reduction of uranium to weapons grade U235 because of the release of fluoride compounds that killed farm animals within short distances of the processing facilities. The concoction of the notion that Fluoride prevented tooth decay came from this PR action because of the need to keep this program secret.

Nice article! Am from Canada and for decades I have been looking for the leading water filter system (in Canada and in Germany) and only in 2019 Dr. Klinghardt Brain Masters Conference in NJ, USA (there were over 150 attendents from around the world), I discovered it to be the Berkey Water Filtration System (the leader in eliminating fluoride – a lipid soluble neurotoxin and enzyme poison). As mentioned above RO System is another possibility, but additional work is needed from my understanding. Berkey is what the No. 1 doctor is the world, Dr. Dietrich Klinghardt, recommends.

Contrary to popular perception, urine is not a by-product of the body’s waste disposal system but of blood filtration. Nutrient-filled blood passes through the liver, where toxins are removed and excreted as solid waste. The purified blood then goes through another filtering process via the kidneys, where components for which the body has no immediate use are collected in a sterile, watery solution. For that reason, it is highly sterile, consisting of 95 per cent water and five per cent nutrients, including vitamins, minerals, proteins, antibodies and other beneficial ingredients.
Advocates of auto-urine therapy believe that this combination can help cure everything from the common cold to cancer, boosting energy levels and sexual performance along the way. While the practice has always been popular in China, India and South-east Asia, a small but growing band of Western fans are also downing a daily dose. Books with titles such as The Golden Fountain all extol the virtues of urine
What about fluoride in tea? I’ve read to avoid green tea because of the fluoride. (I am using filtered water.)

What about fluoride in toothpaste? Can you say something about that? We dont eat the paste but maybe the small amount that does go into our bodies by swallowing, stays or is absorbed in our mouth?
You can buy fluoride-free toothpaste at health food stores. Or just make your own with baking soda and hydrogen peroxide.
It’s easy to avoid drinking fluoridated water. But what about bathing or showering in it? Does fluoride absorb through the skin?
I am happy to see this discussion. I believe we are entitled to clean water – for drinking AND bathing – and others, who cannot afford most of the previously mentioned filters, are also enittled to clean water. I would love to see more attention and litigation. I don’t know many people who drink tap water anymore, but most are still bathing their children in it. And, it is still more difficult to find no-fluoride toothpaste.
So thank you for all who addressed this issue. There is no safe level for toxins used, ingested, or absorbed through skin on a daily basis for a lifetime!
