Below is a FRESH, quick, and easy salad that only takes about 5 minutes to prepare. The red onion helps to support the body’s natural ability to detox. Plus, the sulfur in red onions helps to stimulate several anti-inflammatory processes which promote healing by enforcing antioxidant defenses.
