Video Transcript: Juicing to Fight Cancer: The Best Way to Get All the Right Nutrients
Ty Bollinger: Hey welcome back everyone. Ty Bollinger here and my wife Charlene. You may have seen Liana Werner-Gray over the last few weeks share Parts 1 & 2 at the Orlando LIVE event in 2017. This is Part 3.
Charlene Bollinger: Yes! She’s going to share some quick and easy juicing tips that you’re not going to want to miss.
Liana Werner-Gray: I love this visual. This is a visual of plant blood under the microscope. Whoever thought that plants had blood and what it would look like? I find it so fascinating because look how similar it looks to human blood. Isn’t that amazing? The only difference is that plant blood is made of magnesium; it’s made up of chlorophyll. And human blood is made up of iron and so that’s hemoglobin.
So, when we drink juice, vegetable juice, we are taking on the blood of the plants. We really are what we eat. And you can see that the plant blood has the perfect amount of oxygen flowing through it. It’s very healthy and that’s very, very healthy human blood right there. That’s what we all want our blood to look like. So, if you can just visualize right now what your blood looks like. That’s the goal blood. Goals. Hashtag goals right there. So, the more we juice, the more we are taking on that healthy plant blood so that our blood can look like that as well.
Another amazing thing about juicing is that when we juice, it can completely repair our gut and digestive system. So, this is an image of a healthy bowel right here on the left.
So, hopefully that’s what all babies’ digestive systems looks like when they come out of the womb. Healthy and pure and clean. Nothing has gone in it yet. And here’s a picture of years and years and years of eating processed food and junk food. So, what happens is that we get this layer of compacted waste that sticks to the bowel walls. Yuck! Can you imagine what that looks like inside?
So, if you have a compacted wall that’s stuck to your bowel walls when you’re eating food even if it’s really healthy food like vegetables, your bowels aren’t able to absorb anything because there’s that layer that’s blocking it. So, the bowels aren’t able to do their job.
So, when we juice what happens is that, especially if we add beet to the juice, it goes into the system and it soaks the digestive system and it saturates the bowel walls and it just shoots everything out. It’s a really amazing detox for the gut. So, anything that’s stuck, any compacted waste, any tumors, any cancerous tumors that are stuck, they cannot survive if you saturate your digestive system with beet juice.
So, here’s a really easy simple green juice recipe that you can remember for the rest of your life. So, put it in your brain now. So, so simple. You just want to start with juicy ingredients and I have an abundance of juice recipes in my books, of course.
So, cucumber and celery will give you a lot of juice. You can also juice romaine lettuce and then add some more chlorophyll so you can add some parsley, kale, and spinach. And then add some apple if you need to make it nice and sweet or just keep it pure vegetable. And then you can add some lemon and some ginger and that will make it even more alkaline and also make it like a green lemonade and that’s a good way to get kids really excited about green juice. “Do you want to have your green lemonade in the morning?” “Yes!”
So, since I healed, after three months when the tumor dissolved, when I was healthy I decided, “Okay. I’m going to drink one fresh juice every single day for the rest of my life.” And I’ve done that now for eight years. Every single day! It’s crazy but it’s amazing. I’ve never felt so good in my life. I’ve never felt so energetic. I’ve got peace of mind because every night when I go to bed I’m like, “I got the right amount of nutrition that I needed for the day.”
And so, if you are really busy and you’re not able to get a green juice or make your own juice, you can make a lemon water which is technically a juice. You just squeeze lemon into water. And you have lemon juice which is high in vitamin C. It boosts the immune system and alkalizes the body also.
And if you are super, super busy – this is something everyone can do – pick a day, maybe Sunday and squeeze lemon into an ice cube tray and then freeze it and then you can just pop one out and put it into water and voila! You have lemon water within ten seconds.
Who else wants to commit to having one fresh juice every single day for the rest of your life? I promise it will change your life. Promise, because you are getting that base level of nutrition that your body needs to boost the immune system, to heal whatever is going on in the body, to prevent cancer, to prevent disease, and just give you energy for the rest of your life because what we are going for is a consistently healthy lifestyle. Right? Healthy, happy until the day we are not here anymore. Healthy, happy. Healthy, happy until we are not here.
